New user accounts
new user accounts are created only at the site where they were applied for (https://portal.nhr.zib.de or https://hpcproject.gwdg.de)
Existing user accounts
user accounts created at both sites remain active at both sites (site policies apply)
group memberships are not synchronized between the sites any more
Personal CPU time
personal CPU time allocations and consumptions are not synchronized between the sites any more
requests for increased personal CPU should be addressed to the desired site
Project CPU time
project CPU time is granted at the site selected during the application process (https://jards.nhr-verein.de)
projects started in Q2/2024 or earlier can ask for a shift of CPU time between the sites
