Partial maintenance starting Friday 24th May

Maintenance on the power distribution is finished. All partitions are available again.
The Lise node count is reduced by 288 nodes to free up power reserves for the soon available AMD Genoa partition.

Maintenance work on the power infrastructure is required for the installation of the new GENOA partition:
- For the maintenance, CPU racks 11-14 (bcn[1961-2236], bfn[1001-1032], and bsn[1001-1002]), and the A100 and PVC partitions need to be shut down temporarily.
- Due to technical limitations, CPU racks 1-3 (bcn[1001-1288]) will also be shut down, but permanently.
