Open “User Data“ on https://portal.nhr.zib.de/ and click on Set new password. You will receive further instructions at your email address linked to your account. You will need your personalized PIN which was displayed when you opened your user account. If you lost also your PIN see I lost my PIN to reset my Portal NHR@ZIB password.
